  • Amy Gouger

    Amy has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax services including income tax compliance for corporate entities, partnerships and individuals. She also provides tax planning services for businesses and individuals. Amy consults with clients in a variety of areas, including business start-up, tax structuring and succession planning. Her experience is focused on companies in the service and construction industries.

    Amy enjoys working with small, closely held businesses that need more than just compliance assistance. “I want to be a resource and a partner to my clients to help them operate their business as efficiently and profitably as possible. My experience with owning my own business allows me to help clients navigate the other challenges that small businesses face daily.”

    Amy is a life-long Chattanooga resident and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in Accounting. She is the assistant treasurer for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Hamilton County and the treasurer for Hope’s Haven.

  • Mark Przybysz

    Mark’s practice includes tax planning and preparation for closely held small businesses including S-corps, C-corps, partnerships, LLCs and their shareholders/owners. Focus areas include real estate, construction, restaurants, farms, exercise facilities and retail.

    An Ohio native who moved to Tennessee in 2000 upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University (OH). After close to a decade on the Ocoee River, Mark obtained a master’s degree in Accounting from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In 2010, Mark earned his CPA license in Tennessee and in 2013 his CIPM (inactive) designation. Mark is a member of the AICPA and the Tennessee Society of CPAs.

    Mark serves as Secretary with A Step Ahead Chattanooga, their mission is to remove barriers to contraception through education, outreach, and access to birth control to any individual living in our tri-state, 18-county service area who wants it, for FREE! He also serves as treasurer with SORBA Chattanooga, they seek to utilize advocacy, education, and recreational activities to promote land access, trail preservation, and new trail development in and around the Chattanooga area.

  • Felicia Barbee

    Felicia Barbee is from the Chattanooga TN/ North Georgia area and graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and obtained her CPA designation in the state of Georgia in 2000. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Over 22 years ago, she began her career in public accounting auditing various types of companies including banks and preparing business and individual tax returns. She was a bank Chief Financial Officer for several years.

    Areas of experience include business and individual taxation, payroll tax, local and state tax filings, IRS representation, business consulting, QuickBooks support, and financial statement preparation. Industry experience in service, retail, restaurant and construction and real estate development sectors.

  • Jill Watts

    Is a Tennessee native, who grew up just outside of Chattanooga. She graduated from UTC with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She worked in the financial accounting field for eight years before transitioning to tax in 2017. Her financial accounting background includes general accounting and bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial statement preparation. She has tax preparation experience in various industries including non-profit, real estate, restaurant, and construction. Jill assists clients with implementation of accounting software, general accounting support, payroll, and various state and local filings as well as tax preparation.

  • Blane Andrews

    Born and raised in the Chattanooga area, Blane went down to Athens, GA for an undergraduate degree in Economics. After owning his own businesses for 10 years he decided to become an accountant and obtained a graduate degree from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga in 2013. He’s been helping clients with tax preparation ever since.

    When away from the office Blane spends his time recreating in the outdoors, mostly climbing rocks, walking his dogs and volunteering with Rebuilding Together Chattanooga who provide meaningful home improvements and essential repairs for low income homeowners in Chattanooga, TN.

  • Doug Bullard

    Doug has worked in public accounting since graduating from the University of Tennessee in 1979. He is a CPA with experience working with a wide range of clients over the year, from public companies to small privately owned business clients. His current professional focus is in the tax area of public accounting, although he continues to oversee some financial statement audit services.

    His community activities over the years include board member and past chairman of Hospice of Chattanooga, board member and past chairman of the Lookout Mountain Joint Recreation Board, past councilman of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, past board member and Treasurer of Ducks Unlimited, Chattanooga Chapter, and past member of Baylor School Planned Giving Council.

    Doug was born and raised in North Chattanooga, and moved to Lookout Mountain with his wife (Ellen) and children (Jace and Annie) in 1991. Doug and Ellen still reside in, and enjoy daily, the Lookout Mountain community. His hobbies center around mountain oriented activities outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking, and dirt biking (leave no trace.)
